PRODUCT OPENING AREA COMPARISON

Here show out the opening area comparison figures of different normal screens

Slotted screen 4%	Squama screen 6%	Bridge screen 10%	round shaped 22%	V-shaped screen 40%

    Round wire tube well screen is formed an x slot inside and outside of screen, the particles can easily be get stuck in the slot while they are going through. Hence the opening area will reduce gradually to a degree that nothing can go through the screen.

   Slotted screen are better than the round wire tube well screen,the slot is straight. But still the particles are easily getting stuck in the slot.

Squama type and bridge type screen have small opening area,the particle often block the slot.

V-shaped tube well screen overcome the above disadvantage, and has greatly improved the opening area to 40% maximum. The particles can easily go though the slot due to its special structure of V shape, the external entracne of slot is small, and the internal entrance is big. Hence the slots are hard to be blocked, the opening area is always open.
